Merchant Account:

We will cancel your merchant account anytime if you are dissatisfied, unless you have received a FREE terminal, POS system or shopping cart as part of a 2 or 3 year agreement. We want you to be happy but not a prisoner of our service. We believe you should be free to leave at anytime. If you have received free equipment or software or a shopping cart, you may be able to return all of it in original like new condition so that you may close your account and not incur any future charges.

Merchandise:

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell. New hardware or software may be returned within 14 days for a full refund if unopened in original new packaging. Opened software or software which has been downloaded cannot be returned for a refund or credit for any reason. Refurbished or pre-owned products may be returned for a similar replacement within 90 days if defective.

Discontinued products or those no longer supported by the manufacturer are sold as is with no support or warranties. Most equipment comes with a 1 year full manufacturer's factory warranty including new terminals. eCommerce online shopping cart set up and hosting sales may be cancelled at any time so that no future billing occurs, but no refunds, full or partial, shall be possible for remaining service on a hosting agreement already purchased.

How to Return:

Simply return your purchase in original condition with all original packaging to Merchant Service Group, Inc., 990 Trabuco Circle, Costa Mesa, CA 92627 USA postage prepaid with insurance to cover the value of the product. For opened items, a 15% restocking fee may be charged or deducted from the return or credit amount, if applicable. Call our customer service center at 1-800-545-1995 for assistance, or for international orders 019496509999.

To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number, your name, company name, phone number, email address and business address along with the reason for the return on a packing slip. We may issue you at RMA number by phone or email, which should also be included on packing slip.
